If you are not completely satisfied with your digital purchase, you are eligible for a 100% refund within 30 days from the date of purchase, as long as the product link is still active on our website.
In the case of my live events: if you paid in full at the time of purchase and contact us within 60 days of your event, we will reschedule you for another live event or give you a full refund. All other refunds in whole or part are at the discretion of askmystery.com. Deposits will NOT be refunded.
